About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
2. Send recruiting emails, Linkedin Invites to passive candidates and update these details to senior recruiter
3. Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
4. Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
5. Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
6. Maintain organized databases with candidates' data (e.g. in our ATS)
7. Keep in touch with past applicants
8. Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
9. Conduct benchmark research for various positions and seniority levels
10. Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
11. Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
