Associate Mechanical Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services produced by the company.
2. Oversee the manufacturing of products and they are involved in every stage of making a product from development and manufacturing to packaging.
3. Inspection of all the activities as per SOP. Preparing and maintaining documents for every activity.
4. Ensure ISO & quality-related documents are maintained for production.
5. Conduct quality lab tests and field tests on equipment as and when required.
6. Responsible for incoming materials sample collection for testing and approval.
7. Inspection of all fabrication, and machining parts as per drawing.
8. Conduct training program/toolbox meetings for all respective engineers/workers.
9. Maintain the quality procedures manual and ensure the awareness of all employees about the criticality of quality and the adopted standards.
10. Identify the quality issues, raise them with the concerned staff, work out the resolution, and close the issue.
11. Raise non-conformances (NCR) & close it after implementation of corrective action.
12. Monitor day-to-day activities about quality in consultation with Management.
13. Prepare a checklist of products and services for each activity based on quality control.
14. Prepare QA/QC reports based on quality and delivery as scheduled by the client.
15. Maintain lab, field test reports, statistical records, and technical documentation.
16. Calibration of all the lab instruments and maintaining the documents from the laboratory.
17. Implementation and control of inspection checklist, snag list, and smooth handing over of product to the client in time.
