1. Drive website sales through Facebook ads, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
2. Create product listings and attribute sheets with images
3. Manage sales promotions through competitor analysis and regular special offers
4. Oversee sales assistants handling daily orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams
5. Reconcile all dispatched orders with payments
6. Review returns and cancelled orders
7. Manage stock data with marketplaces
8. Ensure onboarding on new marketplaces and aggressively target new sales channels, including physical store outreach
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in online retail merchandising or a related field
2. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and drive results
5. Experience with e-commerce platforms and product content management systems
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
9. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media advertising
10. Deep understanding of the online retail industry and consumer behavior, especially in women's fashion wear
11. Experience working with a fashion label for designer women's wear preferred
12. Experience in the wedding industry and international designer boutiques preferred
