Associate Product Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Scrum facilitation:
- Lead and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective ceremonies
- Ensure the team understands and follows Agile and Scrum principles

2. Customer service and usage improvement:
- Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and expectations
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and product usage

3. Blocker identification and removal:
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any blockers or impediments that may hinder sprint progress
- Facilitate discussions and problem-solving sessions to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

4. Data management and analysis:
- Regularly collect and manage data related to sprint progress, team velocity, and other relevant metrics
- Share insights and data-driven recommendations with the team and stakeholders to guide decision-making

5. Stakeholder communication:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including product owners, business leaders, and other teams
- Provide regular updates on sprint progress and any potential roadblocks
