Associate Product Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Scrum facilitation:
i. Lead and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective ceremonies
ii. Ensure the team understands and follows Agile and Scrum principles

2. Customer service and usage improvement:
i. Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and expectations
ii. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and product usage

3. Blocker identification and removal:
i. Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any blockers or impediments that may hinder sprint progress
ii. Facilitate discussions and problem-solving sessions to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

4. Data management and analysis:
i. Collect and manage data related to sprint progress, team velocity, and other relevant metrics regularly
ii. Share insights and data-driven recommendations with the team and stakeholders to guide decision-making

5. Stakeholder communication:
i. Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including product owners, business leaders, and other teams
ii. Provide regular updates on sprint progress and any potential roadblocks
