3. Provide hands-on sprint management to ship high-quality products
4. Ensure products are shipped within the defined cost, quality, and time budget
C. Influencing People:
1. Drive the retention team to operate a high quality retention program via CleverTap
2. Influence the digital marketing team on SEO matters and marketing tech configurations via Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.
D. Customer Insight:
1. Generate actionable quant insights
2. Understand customer behavior deeply on earned media (Google search, social shares, etc.), owned media (SEO pages, PNS, etc.) and paid media (digital marketing)
3. Closely monitor metrics related to new and returning customers with great attention
