Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being a part of our product support team that obsesses about helping our customers make the best use of our platform
2. Respond to technical queries from clients
3. Conduct internet research for our clients and help in the technical configuration of the platform for clients

Skills & Requirements:

1. You must be technically savvy in the use of computers, the internet, and social media
2. A degree in engineering or computer applications will be an added advantage
3. Good communication skills in oral and written English

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 22,500 /month

After probation:

2. Other incentives: 10%
