1. Coordinating project management activities and information
2. Planning, maintaining, monitoring, and managing project plans, project schedules, work hours and new information
3. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and maintaining client trackers
4. Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
5. Directing project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, meeting minutes, and emails
6. Managing, controlling, and coordinating project schedules & implementation to make sure the project is completed on time
7. Communicating with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
8. Developing an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars with respect to timeframes
9. Working with the project manager to eliminate blockers
10. Preparing/Updating project status reports and updating tracking reports
11. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
12. Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates, and estimates
13. Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
14. Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
15. Being a point of contact for various working groups
16. Effectively communicate the value of Enveu to prospective clients
17. Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
18. Creating and reviewing reports
19. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
Requirements:
1. Fresher with a master s degree in management, business, or a related field with technical background (B. Tech, BCA)
2. Candidates with a post-bachelor certificate in project management are also eligible for this profile
3. It is recommended that these candidates collect a project management professional, a certified associate in project management, and other credentials from the project management institute
4. Ability to thrive in a competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environment
5. Strong organization skills and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
6. Driven self-starter with high initiative, confidence, and a hustle attitude
