About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. To call and follow up with potential candidates and screen resumes as per the company's requirement.
2. Sourcing the candidates from job portals such as Naukri , Internshala etc..
3. Coordinating with the candidates and Team leaders for the interview process.
4. Screening the resumes and contacting only relevant candidates.
5. Responsible for end to end recruitment -interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates according to assigned requisitions.
6. Ability to research and understand the business process.
7. 5 days a week, 9 hours
8. Laptop and Wifi mandatory
