About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
2. Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
4. Source candidates through various channels i.e. Naukri, Monster, Shine & LinkedIn, and through social media
5. Plan and schedule interviews
6. Source both active and passive candidates
7. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
8. Shortlist the resumes based on a variety of criteria, including abilities, a recently updated resume, location, experience, and prior employers
9. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

1. Any graduate
2. Good communication and relationship-building skills
3. Working knowledge of Excel management

Skill(s) required

MS-Excel MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
