Key responsibilities:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment
2. Posting jobs on websites
3. Following up on a positive note with candidates, sharing feedback mail when required
4. Coordinating interview schedules & sending Invites and offers
5. Maintaining database
6. Working on ATS updates
7. Understanding the JD sourcing and screening as well as briefing the candidates about the company/JD
