Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
2. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to onboarding.
5. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and ensure successful placements.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
8. Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
9. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
7. A passion for connecting talent with opportunity and delivering outstanding client service.
