Associate Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers
2. Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
3. Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements
4. Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process
5. Handle salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements
6. Maintain and update the candidate database, keeping accurate records of each recruitment process
7. Maintain effective working relations with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and departmental heads, to understand hiring needs and provide relevant recruitment support
