2. Assisting in maintaining applicant tracking systems, organizing candidate data, and scheduling interviews
3. Communicating with candidates, updating them on their application status, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
4. Coordinating with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and aligning efforts accordingly
5. Coordinating with all project managers for JD preparation based on the skill matrix provided by them
6. Talent identification and assessment across core Industry competitors
7. Management and utilization of appropriate sourcing mix including vendors, portals, social media and employee referrals
