About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
4. Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders
5. Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
6. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines
7. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes

Probation:
