3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
4. Writing compelling job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms
5. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
6. Providing regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their applications
7. Assisting with the negotiation and offer process to ensure a successful placement
