Associate Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
3. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and attractive
4. Maintain and update the candidate pipeline, keeping records of potential hires and ensuring timely follow-up
5. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, preparing candidates with relevant information
6. Assist senior recruiters and hiring managers in identifying hiring needs and developing recruitment strategies
7. Build relationships with potential candidates for future job openings and provide status updates during the hiring process
8. Keep detailed records of the recruitment process in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide reports on open positions and candidate flow
