Associate Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage job postings and requisitions for assigned roles
2. Initiate contact with candidates following application and conduct screening calls with eligible candidates
3. Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to agree on availability throughout interview stages
4. Use online job boards, social media platforms, a comprehensive database, and other industry resources to find suitable candidates matching client requirements
5. Manage multiple sourcing and administrative requests from stakeholders and clients
6. Distribute necessary materials to support interviews
7. Follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback, ensuring feedback is saved once received
8. Manage the candidate pipeline to maintain high engagement, ensuring all candidates are contacted and feedback is provided
9. Initiate rejection and candidate withdrawal processes on the talent acquisition system
10. Regularly update key stakeholders on candidate progress
11. Keep talent acquisition system records updated with current candidate statuses
12. Support engagement strategy with the interview pool, ensuring interviewer availability is fully utilized and maintain a strong internal reputation for delivering service excellence
13. Work to key metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to demonstrate performance
14. Liaise and collaborate with recruiting colleagues as needed to share candidate pipelines

Requirements:

1. Should be LinkedIn savvy with 500+ LinkedIn connections
2. Must possess strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
3. Should have a passion for researching and recruiting for international leadership roles
4. Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment
5. Should be target-oriented
