Associate Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates for IT-related roles using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
2. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
5. Build strong relationships with candidates for a positive recruitment experience.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and IT recruitment best practices.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs.
8. Candidate should be comfortable making 150+ calls per day to connect with potential candidates.
