We are seeking a talented 'Associate Recruiter' who is passionate about recruitment and has a strong proficiency in spoken English. As an 'Associate Recruiter', you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic recruiting plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend career fairs, participate in networking events, and build relationships with potential candidates. Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
6. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
