Key responsibilities:

1. Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
2. Solving all product or service-related issues of the customers.
3. Preparing the customer service guidelines.
4. Keeping a record of the customers.
5. Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
6. Keeping a proper record of the customers.
7. Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
8. Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
9. Making product and service reports by collecting and analyzing the information
provided by the customers.

Requirements:

1. Should be confident & dynamic.
2. Should have a bent towards sales.
3. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
4. Good persuasion skills.
5. Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales.
