Associate / Sr. Associate – CEO’s Office Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistical transactions:

a. Gather information as and when required
b. Manage and ensure paperwork and track the same
c. Help with travel plans, bookings
d. Manage bills/invoices
e. Organize sessions within the office or outside, events with our partner ecosystem
f. Work with our partner ecosystem to get up to date information/documentation
g. Manage contracts and keep documentation up to date.

2. Finance co-ordination:

a. Work with CA's office for regulatory, contractual and other paperwork
b. Work with bank for various kind of paperwork that needs to be authorized, signed, attested etc.
c. Work with various teams as and when required
d. Tracking expenses for CEO's office

3. Management assistance:

a. Work with various teams or individuals in the organization for different aspects related to or as directed by CEO/Management team
b. Work with human resources on various aspects where CEO/Management is looking to take new initiatives or for hiring

Note: Any other aspect of work related to CEO's office which may come up from time to time.
