About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential salon and spa clients, introducing them to our SaaS products and services
2. Communicate our software solutions' features, benefits, and value proposition
3. Identify and qualify leads, engaging in consultative selling to understand their business needs and challenges
4. Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, highlighting key functionalities and addressing any questions or concerns
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, actively listening to their feedback and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to overall revenue growth
7. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, update customer information, and document sales activities accurately
8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products in the market


1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
2. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling
3. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-oriented

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
