Associate Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals, and contact details, and calling clients who are inquiring on our website
2. Resolving queries and issues related to any kind of event
3. Taking and processing inquiries in a professional manner
4. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis
5. Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements

Required:

1. 1-2 years of work experience in calling preferably in the service industry
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and other management tools
4. Hardworking, presentable, professional, and creative
5. Who speaks fluent English
6. Need a female employee for this who has excellent communication, the ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, exceptional attention to detail, and great interpersonal skills
