Associate Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct follow-up sales calls with potential and existing clients
2. Promote niche web agency services to prospective customers effectively
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction
4. Provide information about services, answer queries, and address customer concerns professionally
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM software
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets

Requirements:

1. Education: Any graduate
2. Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
3. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience using sales tools or CRM systems
4. Experience: Minimum 1 year of telecalling or relevant experience in sales or customer support
5. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
