Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members based on leads provided, offering products to assist in their life partner search
2. Follow the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue-paying customers
3. Ensure call disposition comments are updated with all relevant details once the call is completed
4. Make the required number of follow-up calls with inquiries that are not converted
5. Update follow-up details in the system
6. Meet daily talk time targets and call quotas
