27. Conduct regular reviews of sales, reselling, upselling, and cross-selling performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
1. Any Bachelor's Degree (Must), Fashion Designing (added advantage)
2. Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English. Hindi is mandatory (Additional regional languages preferred like Telugu and Kannada)
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and databases to manage customer interactions and track performance (preferable)
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
6. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
7. Ability to multitask, be a good team player, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
