Associate Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers from the provided database through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
2. Sales conversion: Understand the needs of the leads, provide information about the properties, and convince them to book.
3. Property knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the features, pricing, and availability of our Goa properties to answer inquiries confidently.
4. Follow-up: Diligently follow up with all assigned leads to maximize conversion rates, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
5. Customer relationship: Build rapport with potential clients, addressing their concerns and queries professionally to enhance their booking experience.
6. Data management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and bookings in the system for reporting and analysis.
7. Achieve targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Feedback collection: Gather and report customer feedback to improve processes and property offerings.
