Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets for bank accounts, demat accounts, and mutual funds.
2. Manage and optimize channel sales, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
3. Collaborate with banking and financial institution partners to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales Partners & vendors to achieve individual and collective goals.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
6. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
8. Calling gig workers/vendor/customers for getting enrolled with online platforms.

At PickMyWork we hire, up-skill, deploy and manage gig workers to get work done on a pay-per-task model. Since our launch in October 2019, we have worked with several large companies and startups and helped them with user acquisition, customer retention & data labeling across 25 cities in India. Our expertise is in offline merchant and user acquisition. Owing to covid, there is a massive demand for the pay-per-task model and the company is looking to expand aggressively in the coming months.
