Associate Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads
2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication with clients in our CRM system
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions
5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate the value of our services
7. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated
