Associate Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide remote troubleshooting for products.
2. Troubleshoot, approve, and process warranty claims.
3. Offer pre-sales support by providing product-related information.
4. Assist with the activation of new sites as required.
5. Document all interactions and activities in a centralized CRM/Help Desk software.
6. Collaborate with the Engineering team to track field issues, log product bugs, and coordinate product modifications.
7. Support team members with troubleshooting or administrative tasks as needed.
8. Adhere to departmental protocols and procedures.
9. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry standards and product knowledge.
10. Professionally represent the company in all communication channels.
11. Comply with all company policies and standards as outlined in the employee manual.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
