Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and client interaction? We are looking for a Junior Telecaller to join our team at Foreign Admits, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in sales pitch, English proficiency (spoken and written), Hindi and Telugu proficiency (spoken), CRM, client relationship management, and MS-Excel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and convert leads into sales
2. Deliver compelling sales pitches and effectively communicate the value of our offerings
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions
4. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, update information, and manage leads effectively
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and achieve sales goals
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
7. Generate reports and analyze data in MS Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process
8. Connect with 60-75 students every day and collect complete documents for a minimum of 3 students daily
9. Ensure a minimum of 3 unique logins every day
Workday and Timings:
1. 6-day work week with 2nd and 4th Saturday off
2. Flexible timings with a 9-hour workday (inclusive of 1-hour break)
Foreign Admits is a firm formed by an international team of entrepreneurs and researchers from the world's best universities to provide complete guidance to students dreaming of joining these universities. The students will have access to stepwise end-to-end guidance from planning to applying to these universities to actually gaining admission and joining them. Students will be assigned, personal mentors. These mentors are graduates from some of the best universities in the world like Stanford, MIT, etc. These mentors will have personal interaction sessions/chats/conversations with the students and will provide invaluable guidance in the profile building, application process (including SOP making, applications, letters of recommendation, etc.) to finding accommodations once admits have been received.
