- Follow up with inquiries and maintain a database of interested candidates.
- Convert cold leads into prospective applicants through effective communication.
2. Student Counseling & Information Sharing
- Provide students with detailed information about courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Explain study abroad options, including visa procedures, scholarships, and financial aid.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities based on their academic background, budget, and career goals.
3. Documentation Support
- Assist students with gathering and organizing required documents for university applications.
- Ensure students understand SOP (Statement of Purpose), LORs (Letters of Recommendation), and other required documents.
- Maintain proper records of application status, visa documentation, and other essential paperwork.
4. Achieving Sales & Enrollment Targets
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Ensure maximum student enrollments for partner universities.
- Work towards revenue generation through application processing and consulting fees.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams & Universities
- Work closely with admission teams, visa consultants, and university representatives.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions with expert advisors when necessary.
- Stay updated with university deadlines, new courses, and changes in visa policies.
6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and inquiries in CRM software.
- Regularly update the database with call logs, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance student experience and build long-term trust.
