Associate Telecaller Job

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients based on the provided data.
Use a pre-defined pitch to communicate the company's services/products to clients.
Engage in meaningful conversations with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive positive outcomes.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (mandatory) and Hindi (required).
Previous experience in telecalling is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proactive and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working with data and following a script.

Work Structure:
Call clients from the provided database.
Pitching products/services as per the script.
Maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
