4. Identify design problems and develop elegant solutions
5. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core functions and new features
6. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs
7. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver the best results
8. Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion innovative ideas
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other visual design and wireframing tools
2. Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability, and originality with a focus on user-system interaction
3. At least 1+ years of work experience as a UI/UX designer
4. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
