About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to identify opportunities for improving user experience.
2. Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
3. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.
4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling designs.
5. Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
7. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects.
8. Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
10. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills.

4. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

6. Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation.

7. Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

9. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

10. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies.
