Associate Video Editor Job

We are looking for an individual with the zeal and passion to create/edit the videos and make them aesthetically beautiful.

Key responsibilities:

Editing:

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into a compelling, visually appealing final product.
2. Cut, trim, and arrange video segments to create a cohesive story or message.
3. Ensure smooth transitions, audio synchronization, and visual continuity.

Content Enhancement:

1. Enhance video quality, color grading, and audio quality as needed.
2. Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance visual appeal.
3. Optimize videos for various platforms and devices.

Storytelling:

1. Collaborate with content creators and directors to understand the vision and story.
2. Craft engaging narratives and sequences that captivate the audience.

Organization:

1. Manage media assets, maintain an organized file structure, and archive projects.
2. Keep track of project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.

Communication:

1. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements.
2. Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary.

Software Proficiency:

1. Utilize video editing software (eg, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, Moavi or similar).
2. Familiarity with After Effects, audio editing (Audacity or similar), and color correction tools is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Video Editing: Proficient in video editing software and techniques.
2. Creativity: Strong storytelling and creative skills to engage viewers.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and correct small errors in footage.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and resolutions.
5. Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills.
6. Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
