Payroll: Attendance Management, Calculating wages, overtime, and other types of pay, and recording payroll deductions

Compliance: Prepare monthly compliance like EPF, ESI, PT and remit within the due dates.
Obtain License under Factories Act, CLRA & attend labour department notices.

Benefits: Administering employee benefits, such as retirement accounts and health savings accounts

Records: Maintaining payroll records, including time and attendance records

Auditing: Conducting Labour law compliance audits, Labour Inspector .

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
