Qualifications and Skills
Diploma / Engineering ( Mech / Electronics)
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Quality Assurance domain.
Proficiency in Process Improvement (Mandatory skill)
Experience with ISO Standards and Implementation (Mandatory skill)
Knowledge of LED Product testing and Certifications requirements (Mandatory skill)
Strong problem-solving abilities for effective resolution of quality issues.
Proficient in data analysis to drive improvements and decisions.
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry.
Dedication to continuous improvement of quality processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
Coordinate and conduct LED product testing and manage certifications requirements.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance department.
