ATL Trainer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the infrastructure and logistics related to setting up and running the lab on a day-to-day basis, including dealing with school management, infrastructure providers, and students
2. Run in-school programs to enhance students involvement
3. Organize local campaigns/events to improve the involvement of the local community with the ATL, ensuring it works in sync with local needs
4. Manage local public relations to enhance the reputation and usage of ATL over time
5. Promote socially relevant student innovations that address local community problems
6. Facilitate the learning of youth in the ATLs according to the curriculum
7. Guide participants toward Tech Creation outcomes and assist in tech project building to solve local community problems
8. Identify and reach out to mentors or experts when needed
9. Actively participate in keeping ATL usage records and documenting the impact

Requirements:

1. Be a Btech/Mtech graduate
2. Have a Btech in electronics or CSE (preferred)
3. Possess knowledge of coding, Arduino, microcontrollers, and computer languages like Python
4. Have proper technical knowledge or the ability to learn fast
5. Preferably have experience in STEM, curriculum development, and science lab teaching
