Ishan Vaastu, a leading Vaastu and energy consulting company, is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafting Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have training in AutoCAD drafting and, preferably, a degree in interior design. This role involves working closely with the CEO and clients interior design teams to provide detailed layouts and proposals for Vaastu remedies.
Key responsibilities:
1. AutoCAD Drafting:
Create detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings and layouts for Vaastu remedies
Update and revise existing drawings based on project requirements and feedback
Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and client specifications
2. Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO to understand project requirements and objectives
Collaborate with clients interior design teams to integrate Vaastu remedies into their designs
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project details
3. Design Proposals:
Develop comprehensive design proposals that incorporate Vaastu principles and remedies
Present design proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have
Provide creative and practical solutions that enhance the overall design and energy flow of spaces
4. Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of drawings and proposals
Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy reference and retrieval.
Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and client expectations.
5. Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AutoCAD drafting and interior design
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Seek opportunities for continuous learning and improvement in the field of Vaastu and energy consulting
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Key skills and qualifications:
1. AutoCAD Proficiency:
Advanced skills in AutoCAD drafting and design
Ability to create precise and detailed drawings that meet project specifications.
2. Interior Design Knowledge:
A degree in interior design is a plus
Understanding of interior design principles and practices, especially in relation to Vaastu
3. Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
4. Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Ability to identify and address potential issues in designs and layouts
5. Organizational Skills:
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Efficient in maintaining project documentation and files
Educational Requirements:
Training in AutoCAD drafting is required
A degree in interior design is preferred but not mandatory
Experience:
Previous experience in AutoCAD drafting and design
