We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Tester professional who can rigorously test our applications, identify issues, and enhance overall product quality. If you have a strong eye for detail, experience in both manual and automated testing, and a passion for delivering flawless software, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Planning & Execution:
a. Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
b. Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
c. Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential risks.
2. Test Automation:
a. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG.
b. Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and optimize performance.
c. Enhance automation frameworks and create reusable components.
d. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
3. Collaboration & Process Improvement:
a. Work closely with developers and product teams to understand functionality and business requirements.
b. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
4. Defect Management & Reporting:
a. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla. b. Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights for the development team.
5. Performance & Security Testing (Preferred):
a. Conduct basic performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools.
b. Assist in security testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
