About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending to customers giving their cars for service
2. Checking customer cars & taking a road test drive
3. Advising customers on what repairs are required on their cars
4. Opening a repair order and coordinating with the shop floor to carry out necessary repairs
5. Giving customer repair estimates and taking approval
6. Keeping customer updated on the progress of repairs
7. Preparing invoices and explaining work done to customer
8. Collection payment and delivering the car to the customers
