Key responsibilities:

1. Consulting: Provide automotive consulting to OEMs and suppliers in India
2. Project Delivery & Execution: Lead and manage client digital transformation projects or parts of large projects
3. Automotive Practice Development: Create winning proposals and develop POVs and thought leadership to grow the invent brand in the Indian market

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 8 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 B-school

2. 8-13 years of progressive automotive and consulting work experience

3. Good knowledge of automotive sales, marketing, and after-sales value chain

4. Expertise in digital transformation and sales transformation in automotive

5. Expertise in strategy development for connected vehicles, electric vehicles, and charging infrastructure

6. Knowledge of CRM/DMS applications selection and implementation for automotive

7. Knowledge of advanced analytics for automotive

8. Stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills

9. Strong presentation skills (CXO level)

10. Strong analytical skills
