Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced mid-level B Arch Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design, construction management, and client communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in architectural design (Mandatory skill).
Strong construction management abilities (Mandatory skill).

In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Comprehensive project management abilities for overseeing project timelines.
Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and create architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project specifications.
Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Ensure all designs conform to applicable building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
