Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities. They will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our educational programs to various companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Prospecting:
o Identify and research potential clients within the B2B market.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective business clients.
* Client Engagement:
o Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
o Present and promote The Mentors services to prospective clients.
* Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Sales Presentations:
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
o Conduct product demonstrations and answer client queries.
* Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
o Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
* Market Analysis:
o Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
o Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.
* Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales
* Skills:
o Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
