About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acquire new clients by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Address customer queries and conduct regular follow-ups
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends. Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients. Negotiate deals to secure contracts
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, upcoming projects, and customer needs
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance. Prepare regular sales reports for management review

1. Demonstrate proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative in the infrastructure industry

2. Prefer a background in civil engineering

3. Analyze business trends in the construction market

4. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Build and maintain long-term client relationships

6. Show self-motivation with a results-driven approach

7. Work independently and as part of a team

8. Use proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

9. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
