Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
2. Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and recognition among the target market.
3. Market Research: Perform competitor analysis to identify trends and market opportunities.
4. Lead Coordination: Coordinate with sales leads, follow up, and nurture potential customers.
5. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by developing sales strategies and adapting to consumer trends.
6. Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage new B2C customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
7. Customer Retention: Foster loyalty with personalized retention strategies and superior service.
8. Sales Pipeline Management: Optimize e-commerce conversions through performance analysis and strategy adjustments.
