Back Office Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update all documents related to assigned files
2. Work on document review/correction
3. Work on data entry of interested parties into a client system
4. Respond to client status reports
5. Enter data into client systems
6. Obtain and review documents from courts, counties, tax authorities, bankruptcy courts, and trustees that support the case
7. Save and upload documentation in client systems
8. Prepare legal documents (suits, affidavits, dockets, and court invoices)
9. Work on quality control review of legal documents
10. Work with our clients via websites and email to keep them apprised of the file status
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Who can apply:

1. Any bachelor's degree (completed)
2. Knowledge of MS Office and related applications
3. Good presentation skills
4. Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters and accordingly take decisions
5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations with a sense of ownership & accountability
