2. Data Entry & Record Management - Maintaining client and office records
3. Client Call Follow-Ups - Making calls to clients for updates, feedback, and confirmations
4. Basic Accounting Knowledge - If handling invoices, payments, or financial documents
5. Email & Communication Management - Writing professional emails and responses
6. Interdepartmental Coordination - Liaising between internal teams and clients
7. Time Management - Handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently
